PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR ADULTS
You may be feeling:
Anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally reactive
Stuck in patterns that don’t shift, despite insight
Depressed, disconnected from yourself or others
Hard on yourself in ways that are difficult to change
I offer a supportive, relationship-based approach that helps you make sense of what you’re feeling and begin to respond differently, accessing resilience and creating lasting change.
My work is trauma-informed, longer-term therapy that generally begins weekly (depending on your goals) and moves to bi-weekly or monthly sessions.

PRACTICAL SKILLS FOR PARENTS
If you’re parenting a young child and dealing with:
Tantrums or emotional outbursts
Aggression or defiance
Not listening or constant power struggles
ADHD-related challenges
I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you learn and practice skills to support your child’s behaviour and strengthen your relationship.
You will be coached live, in the moment, while interacting with your child.
PCIT is delivered virtually, so you can work with your child at home where these skills are practiced and become part of everyday life.
What to expect:
Children 2 - 7 years old
Weekly sessions
Typically 12 to 20 sessions
Clear, practical tools that work at home and generalize to school
Parents often notice:
Reduced tantrums and aggression
Improved listening and cooperation
More confidence and calm in their parenting
A stronger, more positive relationship with their child
